  • Our expectations:
    Build and manage the company’s Human Resource Department to support the company’s goals and mission through HR activities
    Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resource staff. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems discreetly
    Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff. Encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff
    Provides a courteous and professional service at all times to maintain positive colleague interactions with the good working relationship
    Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
    Maintain good industrial relations and good employee satisfaction level
    Utilizes the HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees, and meet the other needs of the organization
    Conducts investigations when the employee complains or concerns are brought forth
    Protects the interests of the employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. Minimizes risk


  • Requirements:
    Manage daily operation of HR functions: talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, HRIS, KPIs & performance appraisal, training development administration, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
    Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities
    Manage all HR functions (HR organization chart, recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, KPIs & performance appraisal, training development)
    Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned areas
    Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
    To review strategic HR policy, system, procedures, policies, regulations and develop a qualified workforce to align with the company’s business plan
    To review current compensation and benefits policies and ensure the proper implementation of the policies, including salary, insurance, other allowances, and benefits
    Implement and execute our people strategy with HRBP, management and other stakeholders
    Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage the yearly performance review process for employees
    Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offering letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees
    Take part in guiding other departments to draft & recommend internal policies and procedures
    Take part in building up internal document filing & management system & policy of stamp management
    Build up the orientation training program and other training courses for HR development
    Build and update Admin policies and procedures
    Recommend the HR budget & manage HR budget approved
    Yearly planning and organizing teambuilding, year-end party, health check etc.
    Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
    Update new Laws, new regulations and give advice to the company


  • Qualification:
    Native Japanese is a MUST
    Bachelor’s Degree / MBA Holder is preferable
    Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in related field
    Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development
    Proven track record of strategically partnering with internal business leaders.
    Excellent computer-based skills, experience with ADP HRB a plus.
    Superior Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    High proficiency in English in both written and communication
